The apartment was aesthetically done with a focus on details, right from the kitchen to the art work across the rooms, to the washroom. The sitting room with glass doors overlooking the Mango trees and the balcony are splendid places to relax and cool down at any time of the day! Jassi the caretaker of the property is a kind soul and was super helpful at all times. Centrally located to all restaurants and most Corbett gates. One of the most well-done Airbnb's that we have stayed at. We already feel like coming back again!

One of the BEST 7 ⭐️ stay we had !!! Luxury par excellence , yummilicious home food from a huge menu to choose from! From heated mattresses to heaters to goodies spread around the room and living area, first aid kit guests hamper( shampa was our secret Santa with beautiful gifts ) manoj harish and Sanjay our 24x7 staff in attendance ! Bonfire delight and prestine locale makes THE UMRI the BEST in Lansdowne! Property nestled in deep woods, with motorable approach with signposts is just a WOWWW experience . Had a wonderful stay at this charming homestay in Lansdowne, Uttarakhand. The location is absolutely serene with a peaceful lake just outside the property — perfect for quiet mornings and birdwatching. The home-cooked meals were delicious and comforting, adding a lovely personal touch to our experience. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

It was a beautiful relaxing stay, the house was very comfortable. Great collection of board games and books. Delicious home cooked meals, very very warm staff. It just felt like home. Even our kids felt at home with a study-cum-play room with jigsaw puzzles and kids story books. Very thoughtfully done.
