30 km from Paris, next to the castle, this former painter's studio has been fitted out to combine charm and comfort for 2 people. Located in the quiet of a cul-de-sac but a 10-minute walk to the city center. Air-conditioned cottage, private terrace, parking space, breakfast provided on the 1st day, linen provided. La Cavée est une maison de caractère,élégante et atypique, située au cœur de Maule, adaptée aussi bien aux séjours professionnels en semaine qu’aux séjours touristiques le week-end et pendant les vacances. Elle est régulièrement occupée par des professionnels en déplacement sur des chantiers dans le secteur, ainsi que par des familles et des visiteurs de passage. La répartition sur 3 niveaux n’est pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

We welcome you to this recent studio, independent of our home (only the entrance of vehicles is common), carefully decorated. This one is composed of a night part with a bed of 180 cm that can be divided into 2 beds of 90 cm. The studio has a desk area, a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle… The entrance to the garden is sloping. We have a dog at our home that we can lock up if needed.
