Holiday houses in Beyenburger Stausee

Beautiful large modern-minimalist apartment in the middle of Bochum! The balcony and a private parking lot still set an exclamation mark. It's a little dark. The kitchen without a lot of craftsmanship, the opening angle of the toilet door is also a bit inconvenient, but the room unfolds the negative again. Recommended!

Beautiful flat with a stunning garden and kitchen. Felt instantly at home here. Comfortable sleeping, with games in the cupboard for our little one. Good shower and easy to use kitchen. Quiet at night for sleeping. Area felt safe, short walk to tram station, lidl, and westfallen park. Barbara was a lovely host, very welcoming and showed us around the house when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. It was a home away from home 🏡

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and modernly furnished. As a quiet place to stay for New Year's Eve with a dog an ideal solution! The fireworks from the distant surroundings were easy to with music or the TV. The landlords are very nice and friendly. The surroundings are pure nature and very suitable for long walks with or without a dog in dry weather. For navigation to the accommodation, I recommend G Maps (offline) because TomTom does not know the address. If you're looking for peace and quiet and a break in nature to slow down, this is the place for you! My dog and I felt very comfortable!
