Inke's guest apartment

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box spring bed (180x200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if needed. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in the Weserbergland. The apartment is open plan and comprises about 45 sqm with modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and Airfryer. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m you can already reach the bike path R99 on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.
