Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Direkt im Grünen in Beverstedt (Osterndorf) erwartet Sie diese modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick in die Natur. Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2025 durch eine Dachgaube mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick erweitert. Die Wohnung wurde neu aufgeteilt und es entstand eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Die Wohnküche ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt entstanden. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Wollingster See sowie des Silbersees und begeistert im Sommer sowie im Winter mit der Nähe zur Natur.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Shopping is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes. The nearby town center offers several restaurants and an ice cream parlor as well as delivery services. Bremerhaven with its beautiful tourist attractions is only 25 km away.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house very close to Speckenbütteler Park in a very quiet, good residential area in the north of Bremerhaven. Bus stops, various shops, post office, gas station and savings bank are within walking distance. 2 bicycles can also be provided as needed.
