College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. Close proximity to Ohio University, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, and Burr Oak State Parks, and Wayne National Forest.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

7 miles from Ohio University. Great for couples and families. Newly renovated A frame cabin in a country/ wooded setting. Cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/ dryer. We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks. We are pet friendly. WE ARE NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. I promise you will see a stinkbug, lady bug or wood beetle.

The Cottage on Blueberry Hill

Up to 10 Bald Eagles sighted on the river every day this winter! High speed internet and smart TV. 5 person hot tub! Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for those seeking a quiet country retreat. Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (with license) permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property

Milk House Cottage & Gardens

Cozy elegance in a modern refurbished Milk House Cottage surrounded by gardens with an attached private patio and convenient self-check in keypad. Located within a Quaker & Old-World Amish area. Our country oasis has a cascading valley and big skies views, amid embracing seasonal gardens. Close to southeast Ohio's recreation, hiking, dining, history, and loads of serenity. The Milk House Cottage is a great venue to just unwind. A favorite venue for a friend's getaway or special occasion.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park, the cabin comes with a well-equipped kitchen, WIFI, and TV to stream your favorite shows, apps, and/or movies.
