Our Waldbach location is situated on the edge of an idyllic farm in the Westerwald region, with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you – your soundtrack to slowing down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surrounding area can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden – du steigst aus dem Auto und bist schon entspannt. Nur ein paar Schritte weiter beginnen Felder und Wälder, die zu langen Spaziergängen, Wanderungen oder einfach zu einer kleinen Auszeit in der Natur einladen. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Freudenberg ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Bamenohl Castle - Fireplace room apartment

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer three caravan parking spaces for overnight stays. If there are campers, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! You are welcome to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.
