Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!

Located in the heart of the resort city center, 100 meters from the slopes and ski school, close to shops, this 24m² studio is located in the Paillaret residence. Facing south, the balcony faces Lake Hermines. The apartment includes a cabin with a bunk bed, kitchenette (kitchen kit, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), sitting area (sofa bed, armchair, TV), bathroom with bathtub and toilet, ski locker located in the basement.

Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.
