Beautiful and bright apartment directly by the forest with very good bike path connection to the Lausitzer Seenland. The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available.
