It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The house consists of two separate apartments (89m2+155m2) on three floors, which can be combined. Particularly suitable for two families/couples. The yard (500 m2) has furniture and an open fire for barbecuing, as well as a stream. The house has 4 bedrooms and one sofa bed for one in the lounge. There's also a terrace upstairs. The house is completely renovated inside and all furniture, appliances, TV, towels, bed sheets are new. Free parking for 3 cars in the yard. Wifi.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The listed "teacher's house" is located in the small village of Eisenschmitt, in the middle of the UNESCO Geo Park "Volcanic Eifel," not far from Himmerod Abbey and surrounded by original nature. This gem is perfect for all dog lovers, hikers, or anyone who loves to take day trips. Whether the famous maars for swimming, historic Trier, Luxembourg or the vineyards and picturesque towns on the Moselle: all this can be explored and enjoyed from Eisenschmitt.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
