Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. Apartment center Schiedam

A monumental house, 1 minute walk from the tram and shopping center. On the ground floor, you enter via a (steep) staircase (without stair gate). Here are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. 1 of the bedrooms is adjacent to the garden. The bed is a doubter. The cardboard bed in the photos is to be replaced with a more solid bed. The other bedroom has a 2-person bed and the other room has 2 single beds pushed together in the photo, but in practice I often separate them.
