Petite maison du 18e siècle au cœur d'une ville historique dans la vallée. Rue calme, tout à proximité à pied. 1h25 par train de Paris St-Lazare+10 mn à pied. Idéal pour escapade dans le bocage normand. Escaliers pittoresques étroits au 3eme étage, avec portes fermant à chaque étage. NB pour information WC UN PEU ETROITS ! c'est aussi le charme de cette maison. Virée sur la côte, Deauville ou Rouen à 45 mn. En ville: Golf champêtre, voie verte, théâtre, musée, cinémas 4 salles, marché le samedi.

Vous profiterez d'une maison confortable avec 3 chambres indépendantes et leur lit double, une pièce de vie salon/salle à manger/cuisine équipée. La cuisine donne sur un jardin plein sud avec terrasse et barbecue. Notre maison est dans une impasse, pas de passage devant la maison, on peut se garer devant tout comme sur le terrain si besoin.
