You will find everything close by: the cozy village of Heemskerk with shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of forest and dunes, near the sea and beach. There are also beautiful cycling routes. From Castricum train station (5 km), you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes. Alkmaar and Haarlem are also nearby. Relax here, in your own "home sweet home", with all the comforts, in a quiet area... all the ingredients for a wonderfully relaxing stay for up to 4 people. Located next to the nature reserve 't Twiske, ideal place for boating, paddle boarding, hiking, biking. Cycle in 10 minutes to Amsterdam Noord or in 30 minutes to Centraal Station. By public transport, it is also only 20 minutes to Central Station and within 30 minutes to the RAI, or the atmospheric Pijp with its many terraces and the museum square.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Nice cottage with private access and a terrace with furniture. Completely equipped kitchen with oven. Wood-burning stove, corner sofa, and smart TV. Fixed loft ladder to the top (loft). The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Beautiful spacious sunny garden with terrace furniture. It is possible to rent a fishing boat.

It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
