The front room faces the street and has a large glass window. Here is a small table for breakfast, and the pantry is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee/tea and a fridge. In the back room, there is a double bed (180*210 cm), a TV, a wardrobe, a shower and a toilet. The front and back rooms can be separated by means of a sliding door. With air conditioning! A/C included!

‘The Studio’ is located behind the house and has its own entrance. It offers plenty of privacy. In summer, guests can enjoy the lounge area in the garden. Public transport to the city centre (tram or bus) is within walking distance. A shopping street with a supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast can be provided at a cost of €17.50 per person per day. Rotterdam Noord railway station is a 5-minute walk away. From Rotterdam Noord station, it is a 1-hour trip to Amsterdam Central Station.
