Due to its quiet yet central location, this apartment is also ideal as accommodation when taking part in seminars, during scientific research stays, as accommodation at trade fairs and during long-term outpatient clinic treatments in Bonn and the surrounding area. Geräumige Wohnung im denkmalgeschützten Herrenhaus eines ehemaligen Gutshofs. Das Fachwerk bietet ein angenehmes Raumklima und für gemütliche Atmosphäre im Winter gibt es einen Kaminofen. Zwei Schlafplätze befinden sich im 1,6x2m großen Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, bis zu zwei weitere Personen finden auf der ausziehbaren Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer Platz (1,45x1,95m) In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung Richtung Bergisch Gladbach und Köln.
