Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – perfect for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, this property offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 square metres. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

Listed farmstead

Relax with the whole family in this cozy accommodation. The listed building ensemble from 1799 is located in the Wendland region, where numerous cultural highlights meet beautiful, partly untouched nature. A true paradise for children as well: A sandbox, a large hammock, plenty of play equipment, bikes, scooters, and the traditional circular village (“Rundling”) that’s perfect for playing together. An organic pig farm is also part of the property, adding to the rural charm.

Beautiful bright (in-law) apartment, quietly located. Approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.) with a bathtub, shower, a small kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa that, when unfolded, provides an additional sleeping space. From here you can wonderfully explore the southern Wendland by bike, take beautiful forest walks or just spend a relaxing afternoon in the garden. Highlight in summer is the nearby natural swimming pool.

Tree house with sauna and bathtub

The tree house charmingly offers comfort and adventure on 34 m² for a maximum of 4 people – perfect for families, couples and nature lovers. With 4 sleeping places, this cozy refuge invites you to dream and relax. The sleeping places are accessible via climbing routes and thus ensure a special sense of adventure - however, for the upper bed, a body height of 160 cm should not be significantly exceeded!!! Experience closeness to nature and comfort in our tree house.

In Bad Bodenteich, the apartment by the lake offers many highlights. The 50 m² accommodation features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, direct lake access, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A SUP is available free of charge. The beach area with an open fire pit and seating is shared.

Unwind in Gledeberg

The lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of an old half-timbered house. The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

On 75 sqm on the ground floor, it can accommodate 2 people – ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers or for working from home. Our charming half-timbered house houses several residential units – one of them is your cozy apartment. There is a possibility to charge an electric car at our wallbox.

Spend your break at our idyllic Resthof on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by nature, horses and donkeys. In the 48 sq m vacation apartment, a former workshop, rustic charm meets cozy comfort. A spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed and a separate, compact bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) await you. Enjoy the quiet location in the countryside and find relaxation away from everyday life – ideal for couples or solo travelers.

Natur & Sauna am Elbdeich – a modern home

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

Are you looking for a special kind of forest experience? Enjoy a stay in our idyllic and fully equipped holiday home in the south of the Lüneburg Heath. Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundlingsdorf Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones there is another small stable building and a rear barn.
