Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

Our house is located in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger, in just 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world“ (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.
