Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Het huisje is comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht, met lokale tips die je niet in reisgidsen vindt. Verken met onze leenfietsen de Hollandse weilanden, molens en dorpjes. Dankzij de centrale ligging reis je eenvoudig naar steden als Gouda, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht en Amsterdam. Een afwisselend verblijf met rust, natuur en stad dichtbij.

Boven twee slaapkamers onder een schuin dak, voorzien van eigen wasbak en spiegel, en een lief klein kamertje met een commode en ledikantje. In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

If you are looking for a nice place to spend the night, you are in the right place. Overnight stays on the farm! Peace, space and freedom! We offer a nice sleeping accommodation suitable for 2 people. If necessary, 1 (camping) bed can be placed. The apartment has a private, covered entrance. Outside is a terrace with garden set. The car and bicycles can be parked freely on the farm. During your stay, we do not serve breakfast. Welcome!

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
