Located only 5 minutes from Downtown, this Little Old Mill House is a perfect place to stay! You will be close to many local coffee shops and cafes. The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Downtown, and Unity Park are just a short bike ride away. Our updated Mill House holds a lot of beautiful history and is filled with antiques and art from local artists. The yard doesn’t have a lot of privacy (transitional neighbourhood). NO PETS.

The cottage in the trees. This cottage is the top of our A-Frame main house. Climb to the top of the home and tree line walking 33 steps up and feel like your in a tree house. In winter you can see the mountains and river. In the spring and fall you are one with the birds and trees. You are on the back side of the main house facing the river.
