Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. The Tiniest Adventure is a 250 sq. ft. handcrafted authentic tiny house nestled amongst the trees. It will steal your heart with its modern farm house charm. The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. Also, if the foothills of upstate SC are not tall enough for you, the nationally recognized outdoor spaces of WNC are about 1 hr away.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
