This is a very family friendly home with a playset, toys, and ping pong. It’s centrally located with all the shopping & restaurants you need just a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is a 14 minute drive! The Millennium Campus and St. Francis Millennium Hospital are just a couple minutes away. The house is in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. It is a very comfortable and clean home that features all new mattresses, beds, washer, dryer, & much more!

Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) Large, well stocked kitchen. All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, charcoal grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.
