Beautiful townhome everything was as described! Very clean! A very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. If you are looking to book for a weekend trip to Greenville this is the place for you! Kiro was amazing and very understanding when it came to the kids not wanting to get up on time for checkout.

Great communication. Easy to park in parking deck right next door and very reasonable daily rate ($7/day as of this booking 6/2025). Easy to get luggage to apartment. Check in was super easy. Nice restaurants around and shops on North Main St. Bricktop and Jones Oyster Co were the best food we had. Apartment was super clean. The only thing is the mattress definitely needs turned or replaced. The side closest to bathroom was deeply grooved out. Lots of pillows and blankets tho, which were nice. Still it was a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio tho the cushions definitely need replacing too. Not the most comfortable. Would stay here again tho. The communication and location and cleanliness was spot on.

Our 2 night stay was delightful in every way! It’s a beautiful apartment, loved the tall ceilings and gorgeous tall windows that allowed for a beautiful view and glorious light! Trent and his wife were exemplary of Southern Hospitality. No complaints or recommendations of how to make it better. It’s perfect! Highly recommend!

We want to return!!! The Dwelling Place was adorable, cozy, perfectly appointed, and perfectly located. We loved the way Susan made the MOST of the space ... she thought of everything to make The Dwelling Place feel like home away from home.

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I decided to get an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend. Within moments of booking, Mark responded with a friendly hello. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described and he had a very nice welcome basket with snacks and even drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy! The game room was awesome and full of games. We played with an 80’s arcade game machine, shot pool, shuffle board, ping pong and darts. There were board games too and the porch was absolutely beautiful, especially at night!!! We’ve decided to visit again in June and can’t wait! Thank you Mark and Candy for a very fun and relaxing weekend away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Great stay. The place is very comfortable, quiet and also clean. Kitchen is spacious and has all one needs to make a quick breakfast or light lunch. We loved our walks DT.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one stands miles above the rest! Tim's super clear check-in instructions (with pictures!) helped alleviate anxiety about trying to park and navigate downtown Greenville with luggage. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. My partner is an extremely light sleeper and has had issues in the past with staying in lofts above restaurants/bars, but had no issues here. We will definitely be back!!

The home was clean and in a great location with close access to downtown, which was a big plus. It was simple and had the essentials—no frills, but it got the job done for our stay.

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

I could not have had a better experience! Jackie was warm and friendly. She made sure we felt safe and secure in her home. I would highly recommend her Airbnb. It was cozy with the loveliest decor. Very clean and comfortable. It looks just like the pics describe. Jackie made herself available to us and proactively checked in to make sure our stay was going well. My wife and I had been hearing about what a wonderful place Greenville was to visit, in particular the downtown area. We found Emily‘s place online and it was exactly how described. It is perfectly situated to allow you to walk to everything in the downtown area. The Terrace overlooking Main Street is absolutely beautiful and is a wonderful place to begin the day and end the day. We loved our stay there and cannot say enough good things about the property. We will definitely be back.

Kailey and Quintin are the most wonderful hosts! This was a perfect place to stay, long term or short term. They were very helpful and welcoming. And their place is beautiful.

Air BnB was exactly as described! Washer and dryer were super convenient and nice to have access to. Alyssa was quick and responsive to any and all messages! :)

I will definitely be staying here again. 100% would recommend, if you are looking for a house near downtown Greenville. It smelled amazing, everything was super clean. Ms. Yolandra was very sweet and even checked on us! The neighbors were super kind and allowed us to park in their grass.

Rick was a wonderful host! The property was just breathtaking. Rick made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. He and his wife made breakfast for us both mornings we were there and it was just delicious! The kids loved being able to see the animals on the farm. The house if beautiful. the beds were so comfy! If we're ever back in the area we will definitely book with Rick again!

The space was soooo clean! It was a very short distance from downtown. We loved it!

The upstairs studio was the first airbnb stay for my wife and I. We were comfortable beyond expectations and feel that we couldn’t have chosen a better place or more welcoming hosts. The location in a quiet, safe neighborhood central to the areas we wanted to visit was exactly what we needed. One of the hosts, Mick or Sandy, was there and/or always available to answer every question right away. Mick was beyond helpful giving us information about the area’s neighborhoods and real estate, evening printing out a series of places for us to visit in our sketching out possible relocation plans.The apartment felt like home with AC, a ceiling fan, windows that open to the shaded back not to mention all the attention to detail in the well maintained interior. The kitchen was well equipped , everything needed for us to make a simple trip to the grocery store. The shower was nice with immediate hot water and the bathroom also had lots of amenities. The desk was a godsend for each day's planning.

We had a brief overnight stay while in the area for an event at a friend's house. Hague's place is so lovely that I wish we'd had more time to spend! We appreciated the peaceful natural surroundings, clear communication about parking and accessing the space, ease of check-in and check-out, and the host's attention to making sure we had easy access to bedding for the sofa bed, extra towels, and amenities in the kitchen. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

What a wonderful stay! Such a cute and cozy loft, with all the necessary amenities. Very easily accessible through the private entrance, and very comfortable and quiet at night. David and Fran were very proactive with communication, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’d recommend this to anyone!

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!
