This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Cozy spot with great setup for me and my friend, peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to Greenville and Travelers Rest, and state parks. While there is some traffic noise when outside, inside felt quiet. Good kitchen setup for simple meals and great air conditioning. Jake provided helpful tips on activities.

Our stay at Jan's place was just perfect. From the snacks and drinks to the extra linens and toiletries, everything we could have possibly needed was there. Jan even had fresh flowers in the kitchen. The neighborhood was residential and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we returned to the area.

I was not actually able to go to this tiny house that I was so looking forward to going to. There were storms the day I was to arrive and the hosts lost their electricity. They were very communicative and I appreciate the fact that they cared enough to let me know that I would be walking into a home without electricity. I am going to keep them on my wish list for the next time I'm in Greenville because they were so nice!

This place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well thought out. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The hosts went above and beyond—leaving us fresh bread, a fully stocked fridge with drinks and cream for tea and coffee, fresh linens, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of with such care and intentionality. We were especially thankful for how kind and attentive they were during a brief power outage. They brought us extra lights and personally checked in to make sure we were okay, which meant so much to us. The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!
