Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Apartment no. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The apartment has a living-bedroom, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony overlooking the pier.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Haus Rosalie - cozy vacation home with sauna

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

The apartment is located in the very center of the seaside city, but due to its location on the backyard side, it is away from the bustling streets. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city, and after a whole day of attractions available in Świnoujście, it allows you to calm down and rest. This is a one-room studio apartment with a kitchenette. There are two fold-out sofas in the apartment that serve as sleeping areas.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

A cozy, thatched, listed timber-framed cottage in a 6,000 sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Graue Kate belongs to a complex with listed cottages. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. The sofa bed allows stays with three people. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can reach the cliffs of Bansin in a few minutes on foot. Also within walking distance are: shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.
