It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
