Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.

Our modern apartments in the Villa am Parl, which were completely renovated in 2019, are centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The apartment has a spacious 47 m², a separate bedroom and a living room that invites you to feel good and relax. There is also an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
