This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk all around downtown Bentonville and ride our bikes to the trails. James & Linda were exceptional hosts.

Mountain bike trails right next to the house, so it was perfect for our MTB trip. The house was spotless, beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Christy was a very accommodating and generous host! The Friendly Inn Cottage is our new personal fav Airbnb. Beautiful yet tough enough for our young energetic grandsons. CLEAN and spacious, open and airy—everything we needed. Walkable to our favorite Airship Pumphouse and everything on the Square. Amazing backyard space. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This location is everything! Small quaint little bungalow right off of Main Street and close to everything. Airship coffee right around the corner. Slaughter pen bike trail is also very close, walkable to downtown and great restaurants. My kids age 13 & 11 were able to bike/walk everywhere without complaining too much. The trampoline was a great added bonus to the back yard, it also had a grill and bike rack and we really enjoyed sitting out back in between biking. If I had to be knit picky, the only things I can say are the door to the back porch gets stuck on the step and is really hard to open and the ice maker is not hooked up. These are only minor annoyances, and would definitely not deter us from staying here again. Loved this place, had everything we needed and an unbeatable location.

Great little place close to the square. Stayed here with my mom and young son and we enjoyed being so close to everything. Easy bike ride to the square and Greenway. Jason was easy to communicate with and we loved the place!

We were in the area to move one kid out of the dorms and watch another graduate, so we didn't spend a ton of time in the home. The beds are comfy! Most amenities are provided for the bathroom, including a hair dryer. The kitchen appeared fully stocked to cook, if you have the desire and time. The backyard is spacious and fenced, so it was perfect for bringing our dog! I also really appreciated having access to the vacuum since my dog sheds daily. The check list at checking out is also reasonable.

Martha was an excellent host. The location was great, the property was very beautiful with big, mature trees. The house fit our needs very well and the entire in and out process was smooth. There is plenty to do so close to their location that you can go wrong. Great value and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Nice space, always love a washer and dryer, they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets, always a plus. Host responded quickly! I would definitely come back to this location

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!
