Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bentonville

This place was simply wonderful! Beautiful decor, modern updates and special touches to make it feel like home. The perfect amount of space to travel with our four children! They’ve also thought of and included everything you need when traveling with kids! We would love to visit again!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean and Kassondra was a great host. There was some extreme weather in the area and Kassondra was great with updates and checking in on us. Amazing host! Amazing home! Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, a great backyard to spend time in. Cute, clean, close to downtown Bentonville. Lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. We had two adults and two kids staying.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house felt like we were at home and had everything we needed and more! The outside was the perfect touch with a playhouse for the kids and a firepit. The location is great, so many outdoor things to do and downtown has so many great places to shop and eat. We can't wait to come back.

Martha's place is a gem! It looks and feels brand new. Everything in the home is extremely well taken care of and excellent quality -- appliances, linens, kitchen equipment, etc. The home is thoughtfully-stocked with all the necessities. The decor is very tasteful. And the bathrooms and kitchen are squeaky clean. The home is well-situated in Bentonville. It is close to the town square, children's museum and art museum, and yummy restaurants and food trucks. Although it is near to a main road through town, inside the hime is quiet and peaceful. Martha is a terrific host. She even washed little girl clothes we inadvertently left behind, and helped arrange for us to retrieve them. Highly recommended!

This home in the woods was a great getaway for our 40th anniversary! The 20 foot wall of windows gave a great view of the trees and the bike path that runs just behind the property. The nice furnishings and well decorated house made for a great place to relax. The large deck had a wonderful hot tub and Adirondack chairs around the gas fire pit. Alisha was a great host and communicated with us throughout the entire rental process. Would definitely recommend this home for any one wanting to visit the Bella Vista area!

Daniel and Anne have created a beautiful place to stay in Bentonville. The Patriot is quiet and comfortable…and extremely clean. Thoughtful amenities like beverages in the fridge, a yummy snack basket, and essential supplies for our pup were much appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the temperature was perfect. We will be back!

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

We loved the place: its comfortable and elegant design and its location, so harmonious with the neighborhood and the life of the town, were perfect. The place had resources (like a bike locker, two large tv's, and a well-equipped kitchen) that we did not make use of but which we hope to use sometime on a return visit. The chairs in the bedroom were especially comfortable.

Condo was well furnished and very clean. No carpeting which was very good for my husbands walker to manuver. Location iis near a lot of food options and shopping. We would stay again. Jeffrey was very easy to communicate with.

This our second visit at Mark’s apartment. We find it very comfortable and Mark is a great host. It is in such a convenient location that’s close to the Momentary and restaurants.

Great host and place to stay!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

Pink Door BnB is great! We never had any issues. They were very courteous and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we did not need anything extra. We had one request and it was to extend our stay if available. They responded quickly and were very helpful with extending our stay. great three day stay. place was clean and modern. couple appliance issue that Michael resolved immediately. great host and great place.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

It was a perfect little getaway with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake!

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

The B Side of Bike in, Bike out was excellent for my family's visit to Bentonville for a music festival at The Momentary. My wife and I, our adult daughter, and our two dogs found it a perfect fit. Everything is in excellent condition and nicely appointed, giving the appearance of new or newly decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the showers were good, and the TV and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some, with all of the appliances and furnishings a notch or two above what I expect in a rental home. Access to the garage was a nice extra. We would love to come back next time we are in Bentonville.
