I cannot recommend staying here enough. Myself and my husband were competing in the 3 peak challenge. we arrived later in the evening. it was located right near the shops for all the items we had forgotten. We also popped to the local which was 1 min walk for a pint before bed. Heather was there to greet us and show us to the apartment which was spotless and spacious. Just perfect! Heather gave us lots of advice for the next day which we needed and gave us recommendations for the surrounding area. Offering assistance if we got stuck. when we finished the challenge we got a quick pizza from the local Pizza place which was amazing and highly recommended but there was lots if other choices too. Honestly if you plan to do the 3 peak challenge as a couple I highly recommend here as a place to stay!

Just what we were looking for, for a short relaxing break and lots of walking. Swallow Cottage was delightful, super comfortable, so clean, had everything you needed for a home from home. Very quirky with steps everywhere, even where you wouldn’t expect them! But all clearly signed. A great little gem.

We had a delightful stay at this charming stone cottage which was perfect for two adults — cosy, beautifully finished, and well laid out. Giles was excellent throughout, with prompt and helpful communication. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: top-quality fixtures, a lovely private garden for morning tea among fresh herbs, and views over a peaceful pasture with sheep and lambs. The nearby village of Wray was equally charming. Highlights include the quality of construction, the serene location, thoughtful layout, and easy access to stunning countryside. A wonderful stay — highly recommended.

Beautiful cosy cottage, felt right at home immediately on arrival. Had everything we needed and was very grateful to find dog poop bags after we realised we had forgotten them! Garden is a great sun trap in the afternoon ☀️ Local pub a stones throw away is fab for a pint & kids loved the nearby playground. Rind pizza / cheese / wine place is delicious Had fab days out climbing Whernside, doing the Ingleton Waterfall Trail, Malham Cove and mooching around Hawes. Already booked to return when I climb the 3 peaks in the summer. Thankyou 😊
