What a find, this cottage is truly beautiful, in a lovely peaceful and secure location We throughly enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s place! The cottage was immaculate, roomy and beautifully decorated, it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it is exactly what you see in the pictures. we were close to a beautiful town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a 30 minute drive to central Oxford. we enjoyed the walk along the Thames as the weather was stunning the week we stayed Nikki was a great host, she was incredibly responsive This cottage comes Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful stay, thank you Nikki

My stay at the Hayloft was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, and incredibly cosy — exactly what we were looking for. The space was beautifully set up with everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave in the mornings! Communication with Beth was seamless, making the whole process really easy and stress-free. One of the highlights was discovering a great little pub, Home Sweet Home, just a short walk away — definitely worth a visit if you're staying nearby. We've already passed on the recommendation to friends, and we’re looking forward to coming back ourselves. A truly wonderful getaway spot!

Lovely stay at Tim's place with my hubby Lee and our pooch Huxley. The lodge was very peaceful, warm and comfortable. And the new railway sleeper bed is fab! Tim and his co-host Paulina were good hosts, we had one small issue with the wifi, which they worked to resolve very quickly. Lovely welcome items waiting for us, which was a great touch. I work in the area quite often and wouldn't hesitate to book Tim's space again in the future.

Honestly the most peaceful sleep ive had in years the bed the surroundings just everything!!! It was so good for my soul this place definitely comming back without question.. Had a brilliant time the place is bigger then it seems in the pictures so clean and efficient..Thanks soo much again!
