Best Airbnb I've stayed in by far, outside didnt do justice for the inside, now I know what don't judge a book by its cover means. Matt was the host with the most as he had everything in place, clean, tidy and entertainment via the television was provided. Goin to certainly book again. Thanks Matt.

Beautiful property and unit was very well appointed. Ideal location close to Montgomery Village and Hwy 12, but feels like you are out in the countryside. Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note that's not readily apparent in the photos is there are two rental units on the property that face each other. This unit is still fairly private as the bedroom is on the other side of the unit.

Studio looks exactly like pictures , very comfortable for 2 people. We were in Santa Rosa for a wedding and the location could not have been better for visiting the Vineyards, Armstrong Redwoods and Bodega Bay as well as Sebastopol. Cost was very reasonable compared to hotels. I would recommend without hesitation !!

The cottage was cozy and the bed and pillows were super comfy! The gardens were beautiful and peaceful with plenty of options to enjoy the outdoor space! Karen and Kurt had a book full of recommendations for dining and winery options! She even had some spa options listed for a quick massage or mani/pedi! As far as cottage supplies goes nothing was missed! Along with the snacks and water the bathroom supplies included everything-even a toothbrush and razor.
