Rebecca’s place is truly awesome. It’s private, quiet and beautifully furnished. We especially loved the private outdoor garden and sitting areas. So peaceful and lovely. Rebecca is a great host who truly cares about her guests. The apartment is a good value for the area.

A huge thanks to Chris and Lillian! They were so easy to communicate with and their apartment is a true gem. After a long day of travel, and late PM arrival, Chris and Lillian made sure to greet us when we arrived. They provided us with coffee and snacks and Chris was very helpful with local tips and directions. When back in Cali , we would definitely return to Chris’s place ! Thank you again, Marnie

Lori.just installed an outdoor railing, and its so easy and safe to walk up and down the outside stairs plus it looks so nice. Lori is so quick to respond to any correspondence and is so friendly. The place is immaculate and in a fantastic neighborhood where you can walk to the bay and to a state park. After a long day, we love taking hot tub. This place has everything.

Benicia can be expensive- this rental was worth the value for us. Easy to get around and check in - close to everything. Private and quiet. Good WiFi ! Flexible when I messed up my own reservations. Cheers, Angela & John
