We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

Such an amazing wonderful historic accommodation and Dr.Kay is a wonderful woman. I had a great time. I enjoyed the hospitality, convenience, communication and ease. It reminds me of a cottage in Europe and is very comfortable. The art is also very inspiring and almost everything has a story. thank you so much and I can't wait to stay here again- :)

The space was quiet, clean, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit back to my hometown. The private entrance made it feel like my own little retreat, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make the stay easy and stress-free. The host was welcoming and respectful of privacy, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Dina is a wonderful host! This place was what I needed to recover from a medical procedure. It was comfortable, easy access, quiet, everything I needed. Walking to downtown Benecia was very easy. Dina was very responsive, helpful, and checked often whether I needed anything. And she baked me some wonderful Easter bread. Thanks for everything.
