The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Eine offene Galerie, mit Schlafzimmer, großem Wannenbad und separater Toilette, die ausschließlich vom Gast genutzt wird Das Schlafzimmer kann von innen und außen abgeschlossen werden Ein sehr bequemen Boxspringbett 1,40 erwartet Sie. Es gibt gratis W-LAN und Internet TV. Eine Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Dulce Gusto und Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die erste Etage bewohne ich,dieser Bereich ist absolut separat.

Washing machine and dryer can be used in consultation.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

Zur Zeit kann es leider wegen einer Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück hin und wieder unter der Woche tagsüber zur Beeinträchtigung durch Bautätigkeit kommen! Abends und nachts genießen Sie aber die hier sonst übliche Ruhe ohne Autoverkehr.
