The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

Location great as it’s walkable to D1 and other areas too! As it’s like a multiple floor apartment Airbnb, the heat does stay at the top levels so be sure to leave your AC on in your rooms while you shop around. The airbnb was very clean and as it’s located on top of a restaurant you can get food downstairs or from other vendors around. Highly recommend staying here

I spent it comfortably at an affordable price in the best location for my travel route. It's one flaw that there is no elevator.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is more clean, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Amazing apartment in Ho Cho Minh, the views were spectacular, especially at night. The space itself was amazing, very comfortable and relaxing, easy to find and get around. Plenty of shops for anything you want just walking distance, food, coffee, groceries, pharmacy, literally everything you need. 10mins into the city with a Grab Bike or Car, would 100% stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
