Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

Everything about it was excellent Very good communication, great location, clean apartment, direct access to the landmark 81 shopping center. We were given extra time for the checkout.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

In the midst of the bustling city, there is a high quality of life. This time, I chose to stay in the direction facing the community, where I can see the community, the community swimming pool, and the river in the distance, which is very comfortable ~

We had a great stay here, in a perfect area where it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in central Ho Chi Minh. The room was just as pictured with a comfortable bed and great amenities and was everything we needed as we were mostly just there to sleep. Lien was a helpful host pre check in with clear instructions. The only thing that might interrupt some (which is mentioned on the ad) is the loud bell at 4am from the church opposite, but some noise is the sacrifice you make when staying in the centre of a bustling city. It was a great stay and I would return again. 5 ⭐️s!

Quyen's apartment is very suitable for living, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, restaurants, and coffee. I will choose this place again for vacation.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

We stayed in this home for 11 days in a great location. There are several shops on the street as well as a laundry service. The room is spacious and clean, cleaning is done every 3 days. There are a lot of ants, as mentioned in the reviews. The balcony is a real plus! Two cats are present in the building; they are very cute, but if you are allergic it can be a problem. I thank our host Hâu for his kindness as well as his recommendations. Don't hesitate to talk to him: he will know how to guide you and give you good addresses.

Really recommend would love to stay longer

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

This was my second time staying at Henry House. Great location and services.

definitely a great host and listing. one of the best locations in D1. there is a day time guard and lobby where a host sits to help tenants if needed. there is a japanese restaurant next to the 711 and also a circle k. victoria gym about 400m and coop mart across from it. if you like to walk alot of places are walkable even the tourist spots. every time i visit vietnam i will definitely be staying at the dots house.

The house was very beautiful and clean. Everything was in a 10 minute walk radius. Bui Vien street only 8 minute walk, centrally located in HCMC, Hanna very responsive and provided everything that was needed. If you like to stay in the heart, this place is highly recommended.
