**GREAT LOCATION FOR TRAVEL NURSES** We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. City Park 5 minutes away. no pets emotional or ada. I'm allergic to pets and I have to clean. sorry for inconvenience.
