An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Conveniently located 25 minutes or less from countless Southeastern Ohio attractions to include: all Hocking Hills State Parks, Ohio University, and Zaleski State Forest. Amenities include a 6-person hot tub, yoga studio, and private trail.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Watch the morning sun rise, explore the woods, spot wildlife, or visit nearby recreation land where you can hike, bike, fish, & hunt. We sit on 15 acres.

Rose’ Retreat at Lambert’s Winery

The Rose’ Retreat is located on the 50 acre grounds of Lambert Vintage Wines in Weston, WV. Taste, tour and explore! Lambert’s Winery is open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm on Saturday. Enjoy an evening on the deck overlooking the winery and grounds or venture down to the breezeway and relax by the fireplace. Open floor-plan with Queen bed & futon in living room area.
