Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellariva

Had a great stay at Susanna’s place! It was easy to access, exactly as described in the profile and we were greeted with little gifts from the host. Everything was clean, bed sheets and linen new and the kitchen was ready to use. The apartment is located in a very popular area, full of restaurants and bars, but also in 2min walking distance from the beach. A Conad store is also very close by! All in all, a nice place with a very friendly host!

We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the accommodation was really nice for that. It is three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We stayed 3 days for the April 25 bridge. Petra is a super helpful and very kind person! If I had to go back to that area, I would not hesitate to contact you!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

We felt very comfortable in this very individual accommodation, whose furniture has been family-owned for a long time. The house with its beautiful garden is in the middle of fields in a very rural area and has a lot of charm. There are only two neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so it is usually quiet. We did a great trip to Urbino and found the area overall delightful. Thank you very much for sharing this special place.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

We had a great time at Tommaso's place. Ideally located, quiet and full of birdsong, this place is perfect for walking or driving around. We understood why Tommaso is a great host: available and warm, he told us great places to walk and must-see cities, and since we didn't have time to visit everything we will have to come back! That's good, we left the listing with a lot of regrets. We'll stay longer next time. Thank you again Tommaso for a memorable stay!

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! We planned to go to the sea to see the sunrise so chose this house and veronica responded very quickly and will help solve the problem in time.The location is also good and easy to walk to the sea🥰🥰🥰
