We stayed 3 days and cant able to leave the house, it was an unforgettable stay. feels like dream home. akshay and ganesh uncle where very friendly. If we again come to bangalore, we would be staying here.

What you see is what you get - This is a single room with attached bathroom on the terrace of a building. Minimalist although basic amenities like water and electric kettle are provided (plus a few others that I did not use). There is no elevator and the terrace is on the second floor, so you have to climb the stairs, which are really cramped, so if you have a lot of luggage be ready for a work out. Host was prompt in communication and it is easy to self check-in with the lock box. Host does not otherwise intrude in your affairs. Your objective when going in for something like this should be clear: You are travelling solo and just want a pit stop for the night, and a place to store your stuff when you're out for the day. In that respect, the place and host deliver. Any more expectations and you'll be disappointed. Personally, I liked it, nice and basic, not a lot of fuss, pit stop for the night.
