Staying at Luisa’s apartment in Colonno was a great experience.

We had a perfect stay! Great location- can walk to local restaurants.

Alessandra was the best host we’ve stayed with so far. She was proactive, letting us know a couple weeks in advance that the train would not be running and sending a link to the express bus to Varenna. All of our communication were friendly and Alessandra went out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations for things to do and give directions on how to get places. I enjoyed my communication with Alessandra and learned a lot about the culture and community of Varenna from her. The apartment is cozy and clean. The other people in the building were courteous, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Beauty surrounds you. I would recommend Alessandra’s place to anyone wanting to visit Varenna.

The accommodation "Sweet Memories" made our stay at Lake Como perfect. The apartment is very nicely furnished, absolutely clean and easily accessible. You feel comfortable from the first moment. Gravedona itself is a dreamy town – quiet, charming and with a wonderful view of the lake. We would like to especially highlight the hosts Carlos and Valentino, who were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. You can tell right away that they care about the well-being of their guests. We highly recommend "Sweet Memories" and would be happy to come back!

Divine experience! My family and I just spent a regenerating weekend in Andrea's house, we really needed it in this period of chaos, we didn't want to leave anymore, especially my girls! We hope to return in winter to experience it from another perspective!😃

This place is unbelievable. Stunning view of the lake and landscape, Mercy is 5* and the place has everything you need. Beautiful balcony that gets the sun all afternoon. Great spot for ferry pick up and explore elsewhere around the lake. Perfect place, perfect host, well worth it.

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Beautiful and clean house, nice host, perfect location. The pictures are all accurate and the house is well maintained and equipped. 2 minutes' walk and you were practically at the lake and even faster at the "main street". Supermarkets were easy to reach, as were restaurants. Things to consider when choosing: People over 1.80 could have problems (our tallest person was about 1.75 and was sometimes afraid). The parking situation was accurately described by Gianpierro, and most of the time a space was free in the public car park, but sometimes you would have to park on the slope to the exit (personally, I would recommend a small or narrow car for the holiday). The background noise at night did not bother us, but for people who cannot sleep with loud noises, it would be important to know that there is a fairly loud stream next door. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it, all four of us were very enthusiastic and would book here again☺️.

We really enjoyed the time there! Absolutely recommended!! The quiet house with air conditioning was perfect for the days at the lake! Very nice beach within walking distance. Marino was available for every question in the shortest possible time, we felt in good hands!

Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home. One thing is certain, you'll never want to leave this paradise again! We'll be back for sure. Thanks again to both of you and hope to talk to you soon!

We had a great time! The location is fantastic, the pool and garden a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Especially great: the garden is fully enclosed, also ideal for freedom-loving dogs. Communication with Paolo was also great – he was easily accessible at all times. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment; peaceful terrace. Ideal to start bike rides towards Bellagio and Sormano. We hope to be back.

Our stay at Gianna‘s place was lovely! We were warmly greeted by her upon arrival and had a great time at her place. She‘s very sweet and we felt welcome right from the start. It‘s a 20-25 minute drive from Varenna (very windy roads, but spectacular views :)). We would recommend Gianna‘s place!

A beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with stunning views and a friendly host, in an exquisite part of lake Como.

The accommodation is located in the village on the hillside with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was very quiet with us, you could only hear a rooster and donkey from the neighborhood. On foot, you can quickly reach cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket and of course the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. We would mist definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean, fully equipped, and Ms. Sabrina had thoughtfully provided coffee and breakfast items — a really nice touch. Communication with her was quick and friendly; any questions we had were answered right away. Highly recommended!
