Met on arrival by Davide and he explained everything to me. Even offered to help me with my luggage. Alina explained about the recycling process and was always available and willing to help.

Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Manuel’s apartment. As we were passing by the area on a road trip, the place was perfectly located on our route and the flexible check in (we arrived very late) worked great. The place was very clean and the balcony is huge and sunny.

We had a great experience at the apartment. The location is good, next to the university and it is possible to walk to the park or downtown. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and the management service is great.

We had a lovely stay! The view is much better in real life! It takes approximately an hour to walk into the nearest large(r) town. The walk back however is very very steep. I would recommend using a taxi service for this. Lovely property, clean with a good kitchen!

The experience at Andrea's place was fantastic. The property is conveniently located and in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Andrea is the kindest and most welcoming host that my partner and I have ever found... and yet we go around many apartments traveling a lot. Andrea made us feel at home by pampering us with a delicious homemade apple cake and with fresh prosecco and strawberries in the fridge. The house is very modern, equipped with everything you need and above all clean. Andrea was super helpful and flexible even at checkout time. Highly recommend 💯

The host was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. He provided helpful recommendations about the area and was always available if we had questions or needed anything. We felt welcome and safe.

I made a quick 2 night solo trip through Milan with one day sightseeing in Milan. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it but I slept fine on it. The shower was hot. The location is very quiet with easy access to the metro and grocery stores. It's an easy ride to the Duomo or one train change from Central station. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. My son stayed in Andrea's apartment for a month. For his needs, the apartment was perfect - close enough to his workplace, equipped with all the necessities, and well organized. As his mother, I was glad that it was safe and very clean place. So we are both very grateful to Andrea for hosting Bogdan in the most appropriate way.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s place in San Martino, Val Masino. Valentina was an incredibly welcoming and kind host, making us feel at home right away. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the village, close to bars and shops, which made everything very convenient. One of the big highlights was the private parking space — a huge plus, especially during busy weekends and holidays when parking in the area can be challenging. The apartment itself is very cosy, beautifully maintained, and sparkling clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family with child, including thoughtful touches like board games for relaxing evenings together. Thank you again, Valentina, for a fantastic stay!

Apartment managed in an excellent way. Federico has everything you need, to make you feel at home. You never feel like you're missing anything. Experience to be recommended to everyone, both for families like ours with small children, and also for workers on the go.

Great location, quiet away from crowds and great location for exploring the area. Lake access is immediate.

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Cinzia was always very helpful, kind and caring, with small tweaks/thoughts, which are very appreciated. Knowing we had children, he left some chupa chups and already made us find fresh water given the relatively hot temperatures in August. The house was very nice and spacious. It also has a nice outdoor space with children's games, much appreciated by our children aged 2.3 and 6.

The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!

This was our second time staying in this home. Perfect for us and our dogs. Easy to walk to cafes and the harbour. The host was super friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
