Esperienza molto positiva! Alina e Davide sono davvero dei super host! L’alloggio e’ molto curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario! Ho molto apprezzato le attenzioni rivolte ai bimbi (ho trovato lettino da campeggio con biancheria, seggiolone, giocattoli e matite colorate!!) per non parlare del regalino finale! Hanno anche saputo consigliarci degli ottimi locali per cenare/fare colazione fuori! Ottima esperienza! Grazie!

Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Manuel’s apartment. As we were passing by the area on a road trip, the place was perfectly located on our route and the flexible check in (we arrived very late) worked great. The place was very clean and the balcony is huge and sunny.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

casa molto carina, super accessoriata in cucina, doppi bagni, uno al piano sala / cucina con idromassaggio, uno al piano di sotto in camera da letto, posizione tranquilla con facilità di parccheggio in un area pubblica a pochi metri di distanza, molto vicino all'uscia della tangenziale/autostrada

L’esperienza presso l’ alloggio di Andrea è stata fantastica. L’ alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica e in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde. Andrea è l’host più gentile ed accogliente che io e il mio compagno abbiamo mai trovato…eppure giriamo per tanti appartamenti viaggiando parecchio. Andrea ci ha fatto sentire a casa coccolandoci con una buonissima torta di mele fatta in casa e con del prosecco e fragole fresche in frigo. La casa è molto moderna, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto pulita. Andrea è stato super disponibile e flessibile anche nell’orario di check-out. Consigliamo vivamente 💯

L'alloggio vanta un'ottima posizione per visitare Milano e dintorni, essendo a pochi passi dalla linea rossa della metro che porta in centro. Alex è un host esemplare che, oltre a dispensare ottimi consigli, ha saputo in pochissimo tempo risolvere un problema sorto con la doccia. Anche se un po' datato, l'appartamento è ideale per 2 persone e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

I made a quick 2 night solo trip through Milan with one day sightseeing in Milan. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it but I slept fine on it. The shower was hot. The location is very quiet with easy access to the metro and grocery stores. It's an easy ride to the Duomo or one train change from Central station. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. The place was very amazing and Davide and his dad were very helpful and the location was the best part as it was barely 2 minute walk for the expo center and had a great restaurant just downstairs. Thank you for having us

My son stayed in Andrea's apartment for a month. For his needs, the apartment was perfect - close enough to his workplace, equipped with all the necessities, and well organized. As his mother, I was glad that it was safe and very clean place. So we are both very grateful to Andrea for hosting Bogdan in the most appropriate way.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s place in San Martino, Val Masino. Valentina was an incredibly welcoming and kind host, making us feel at home right away. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the village, close to bars and shops, which made everything very convenient. One of the big highlights was the private parking space — a huge plus, especially during busy weekends and holidays when parking in the area can be challenging. The apartment itself is very cosy, beautifully maintained, and sparkling clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family with child, including thoughtful touches like board games for relaxing evenings together. Thank you again, Valentina, for a fantastic stay!

Appartamento gestito in maniera eccellente. Federico mette a disposizione tutto quello che può essere necessario, per farti sentire a tutti gli effetti a casa. Non hai mai la sensazione che possa mancarti qualcosa. Esperienza da consigliare a tutti, sia per famiglie come la nostra con bimbi piccoli, ed anche per lavoratori in trasferta.

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

Die Unterkunft war schön und entsprach 100% den Fotos auf dem Inserat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grenzt direkt an einen Wald, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt Tipps für die Region. Der Aufenthalt im K10House lohnt sich!

This was our second time staying in this home. Perfect for us and our dogs. Easy to walk to cafes and the harbour. The host was super friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
