The cozily furnished apartment with private parking is located in the attic of an apartment building in the Oschatz district of Fliegerhorst (4 km from the center) on the edge of the Wermsdorf Forest near the Elbe-Mulde cycle path. On 54 m² there is a living room with balcony, a bedroom with large double bed (1.80 m), a kitchen and a bathroom.

We preserve the old character of the walls, and incorporate the amenities of modern times. After a walk on the Jakobsweg, you can warm up by our clay wall heating. Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
