Would totally recommend!

Overall great experience and we would recommend! Alberto was very helpful and responsive, and Paula the housekeeper was also lovely and so helpful. Fantastic location with coffee shops, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches all within 5-10 minutes easy walking, but not right in the middle of the most touristy part of town-- perfect! Private carport for a small car, behind a locked gate-- very secure! (VNDM is super safe and friendly anyway, but having that private parking area was still nice.) The multiple terraces on this home are wonderful-- great views of the sun and sky. There was a big construction project happening behind the unit that we were not expecting, but the noise was not bad and the unit is quiet when windows closed. Home does not have a lot of the "little things" like spices, laundry soap etc so you'll need to purchase a few small items, but overall had all we needed and we had a great stay.

Dear Joost and Gini, Thank you for the warm welcome, nice to hear your story. The cottage is cozy, fully equipped and we slept wonderfully there with our two children. We enjoyed the beautiful spacious garden and nature around the cottage, and the kids were delighted with the swing and trampoline. Also very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere at restaurant Nirvana a 15-minute drive, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, we could only stay 2 nights, hopefully see you next time and then we would like to stay longer! We have experienced you as very helpful, welcoming, open and cozy! A very nice place, extremely nice decorated and with impeccable cleanliness. We were very well received by the host, who was always available to help you. A well located apartment close to the center and the beaches, with good parking on the street. Highly recommended!

We had a really lovely stay here! We can definitely recommend both: the house and the location! We spent 5 weeks here in March and April, and although the weather wasn’t ideal (it rained continuously for the first 15 days and was very windy), we really came to love both the house and the town of Vila Nova de Milfontes ❤️ Communication with the hosts was fastastic– always quick, helpful, very kind, and ready to offer solutions to any issues that came up. The house is spacious, and above all airy and pleasant, thanks to the wooden beams and ceilings. We appreciated the privacy, the large property, and the greenery all around. The location is great: we had no trouble walking with the kids straight from house along quiet paths into town, to the playground, and to the beach. We’re happy to recommend this stay! Thank you.

O espaço do Mr. Bernardo exceeded expectations! The photographs do not do justice to the beauty of both the house itself and the landscape that surrounds it! It is the perfect place for those looking for a quiet, quiet spot, far from the city's confusions, but at the same time close to small villages with supermarkets and other accessibility! We arrived on the day of the blackout, and Mr. Bernardo was quite transparent, giving us the freedom to cancel the stay if it were our wish! Of course we stayed, and we almost didn't give up for lack of electricity/tv/internet! We stay all day outdoors, in the pool and in the outdoor areas! We were still present with a beautiful barbecue made by Mr. Bernardo! Perfect place to contact with nature, take walks in the sunset, and even take a dip on the beautiful beaches of Porto Covo! The hosts are very careful and helpful, yet giving us due privacy! Of the best stays I've ever had! Certainly to repeat!

The location of the house is perfect. Just a few KMS to various beaches. The house itself is very well designed with excellent floor plan. Lovely terrace and garden.

We really enjoyed it. The private pool is an excellent positive. Maria and Nuno were very nice and welcoming. It was a very good experience and we hope to go back! :)

As advertised and in a lovely forest to walk in Quiet

We were very happy with the place. Joao is a great host and always good for tips and a nice conversation, but not intrusive at all. The check-in was very flexible and the arrival was a bit adventurous (the driveway was inflated by the continuous rain, but now fixed again). The apartment was fantastic, the location beautiful and very quiet. About 20 cars per day drive through the valley. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, this is the place to be. Most beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Overall a wonderful vacation

We had a great stay at Viktor's place - the location is beautiful, with great views of the village and surrounding valley, and the apartment had everything we needed! Viktor was a friendly and welcoming hosts, with great local recommendations.
