Farm holiday in our sweet casita

Welcome to Quinta da Coruja, a small organic farm situated among the hills of the southern Alentejo. We offer a relaxing holiday in the countryside of Portugal, surrounded by peaceful nature where you get the opportunity to experience the daily life on a farm. We have goats, horses, cats, chickens and dogs living on the farm. We produce our own cheese. Welcome to join us for the daily goat walks! There is lots of nature to explore in the area and you can find signposted hiking trails nearby.

Here nature dances with the senses. The sights and sounds that surround this lovely setting will be etched to your memory. To wake up here, can be an amazing experience. Where the soft light of the morning gently wakes you up.

Castro da Cola Country Houses - Casa da Ribeira

Located in the heart of Baixo Alentejo, on a hillside of the Mira River, this space is a privileged place for the magnificent landscape and surrounding environment. In this amazing oasis in the Alentejo landscape listening to birds chirping, running from the water from the stream, or simply finding the quiet of nature. If we prefer more activity, we can follow walking, biking or even horseback riding. We can still explore the Mira River by kayake or on a boat ride.

With our cozy wooden cabin, you will feel like in a tree house. Shaded by cork oaks, you can enjoy the serene atmosphere from the deck or in our outdoor lounge where we will serve you a delicious breakfast (local, high quality/organic products). Everything here has been made by us, with love and 99.9% natural materials so you can enjoy peace and quiet. We are in a quiet, yet very convenient location, 20 min from the beautiful beaches of Vilanova de Milfontes.

One bedroom bungalow

Cerro do Poio Ruivo is located in the lower Alentejo, on the edge of the Santa Clara Dam, with nature in all its splendor and harmony. There are about 10 hectares, surrounded by water in about 2/3 of its extension being an ideal place for nautical and terrestrial sports. A stay at Cerro do Poio Ruivo allows you tranquility and contact with nature, with activities at your disposal. Breakfast €9.80, per person, Pets for a fee of €30 per pet and reservation.

Casa no Rio ~ StudioT0 RiverView Private Terrace

Studio located on the first floor of a large house, inhabited by the owners, located in village center, 5 minute walk to supermarket, market, pastry shop, bookstore, cafe, bank, butcher, pharmacy, etc.). As you can see in the photos the studio has a large terrace (50m2) with a breath-taking view over the river. In a relaxing environment, but inside the village, here you can find the peace and quiet that will make this place unforgettable.

Windmill (Selão da Eira)

The Moinho is a 2-story studio in an old windmill, a perfect romantic retreat for couples. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a small dining area. The unit also includes a bathroom, private patios and a panoramic winter garden. Semi-private swimming pool (148m2, max +5 people), Wi-fi, Central heating, Panoramic conservatory, CD player, Barbecue. Suitable for children. Pets welcome with prior consultation.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.

A Nossa Estrela nº9

Rebuilt house, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a living room with typical Alentejo decor. The village of Estrela is a village on a small peninsula of Alqueva, which has 1 restaurants, 1 cafe and 1 river beach. It is located 2 hours from Lisbon and 15 minutes from Mourão and Moura. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of cities!
