Family-friendly holiday rentals in Beja District

An exceptional secluded paradise. We stayed there for a week to visit the Algarve and were there as a couple and with our dogseta who was delighted. Silvia provided us with instructions to get to the house properly (not following the gps). The place is very quiet, secluded and is reached by a flattened dirt trail between vineyards. The house is wooden and very big and spacious. It has a large enclosed deck ideal for being read there or playing board games. The house is well finished and secluded and has screens on all windows. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and some basic ingredients. The garden is wide with a very clean pool, of which Silvia takes care of daily without disturbing. Silvia has made it easy for us any needs and we are very happy about it; we repeat the stay without a doubt.

Great place and great location. We were six people and easily fit into his large home. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Comporta!!!

antonio is a very responsive and pleasant host. The accommodation is great, very clean, very pleasant and well-equipped. its location is ideal for the beach and hiking. i'll be back with a lot of fun

Nice place with an insanely beautiful beach nearby. House is nice with lots of places around the house to always sit in the sun or shade. Also nice that the space around the house is shielded with vegetation and a fence ( due to small kids). House felt very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Nice arrival with lights on and a drink in the refrigerator, plenty of towels and nice smell and soap everywhere, etc. Wonderful stay in the hammock and porch porch. but the breathtaking beach so close to the house was really the best.

House with great spaces and very close to the beach and the Historical Center. Quiet place with facildiade to park. Super considerate host. The internet needs to be improved as it doesn't work in some places in the house. The cleanliness of the house left something to be desired.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely and quiet place. The sunset was fantastic and our kids enjoyed to play with the dogs and swim with them.

Bruno’s place was peaceful and a relaxing sanctuary including the bells from sheep next door He was helpful in suggesting local treasures and places to find local cuisine. Little touches around the sweet cottage added to feeling welcomed Also very responsive and accommodating. Would love to return

Second time in this little paradise. For those who like silence, animals, privacy, this is the perfect place. Perfect for babies/children. The Households are the soul of this place. Mr. Coirinha and wife are super kind and available people. We highly recommend it.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful place. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by peace and breathtaking views in every direction. It truly felt like a hidden place, the kind of house that slows you down. The private pool was a dream. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor kitchen bbq, where we spent most evenings preparing simple homemade dinners and enjoying sundowner drinks while the sky lit up with color. Patricia was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure everything was just right and offering great local tips…beaches, restaurants etc. This place is a great place for families looking to escape the rush of everyday life. Thank you for such a lovely experience, we already miss it and hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed Casa de Asseiceira 2, very clean, very comfortable and functional, well equipped; we didn't miss anything. The peace and tranquility that reigns in the place invite you to fully rest. Lurdes and Emanuel are super hosts, very kind, respectful of privacy, and at the same time attentive at all times, conveying the certainty that if you needed them they would be there, although it was not necessary, since from the first moment we had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We used the barbecue every day, and we were able to taste the best fish from the municipal market of Porto Covo at home. Thank you very much Lurdes and Emanuel for letting us enjoy your house, we left with the sadness and at the same time joy of leaving behind some unforgettable days.

Located in a pretty valley next to the river. The place has stone floors and is tastfully decorated with comfortable beds. The pool area is a couple of minutes walk. We had a friendly cat that would come and say hello every day! This place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. There was fresh bread delivered every day. On arrival there were yogurts, jam and cheese provided. We really enjoyed the free yoga lessons (Wed and Sat only). Lots of nice beaches nearby but our favourite was Praia da Amoreira - a beautiful beach and a long stretch where you can swim in the river (where the river meets the sea).

We were very welcome and the accommodation meets the full description, having been very surprised by the positive, the landscape and the quiet of the area. A few days were well spent and an experience to repeat, if possible. Host was incredibly available with us and we just have to thank

Awesome property and very nice host. Kudos to Anibal and Amélia for being super responsive and helpful. Very few issues with the house which were promptly resolved. A parking space would have helped improve the experience but not a blocker. Pity we couldnt enjoy the pool and the patio much due to the weather. Overall definitely recommend this place!

We had such a lovely time here spending most of our time swimming in the pool, exploring the beaches and enjoying as many of the nearby restaurants as possible! Our hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and we were made to feel right at home straight away. Thank you 😊

Very beautiful quiet place. Totally recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at Gaismas place for a couple of days to visit relatives in the area. The place is very nice, clean, practical and has very lovingly been created by Gaisma and her partner. It's removed from the main road and you shouldn't be afraid to use unpaved roads, but that's how it is in the whole area. The description to get there Gaisma sent through before arrival was very accurate, and I had no problem getting there. Her dogs are very friendly and curious, but also understand that no is a no. Greatly recommended.
