“Emma's treehouse was everything we hoped and more! We stayed for 3 nights; it's such a cute place with lots of fairy lights (which is always a plus) and is in an ideal location to visit a lot of cool places. We went to Brimham rocks and Stump Cross Caverns which I would highly recommend. Emma kept in touch the whole time we stayed and was such a thoughtful host. She provided breakfast items and all the essentials 😊 Emma invited us to see the lambing on the farm and I got to hold the cutest and fluffiest lamb which I really wanted to take home with us! The hot tub was a great way to end our days there too. All around fab experience and we will hopefully be returning soon!”

“Beautiful accomodation, cosy, set in beautiful grounds in the country side, close to Ripon town, Harrogate and other places of interest. The owner has put an awful lot of thought into the stunning property, extremely well presented and spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed for 3 nights and will definitely return again. Definitely recommend to others.”
We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft and very luxurious. With shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is decking with seating and hot tub over looking this beautiful landscape.
“We stayed here for the weekend and loved every minute. The scenery is beautiful, the accommodation had everything we needed and looks as great as it does on the photos. We spent one evening in so that we could make use of the hot tub, which although does take a long time to heat up, was absolutely worth it - even on a cold night in January!! There's plenty to do nearby, so we visited some of the nearby attractions and walked out to eat on the second night (take a torch if walking back after dark!) Emma's communication was great, with detailed instructions of how to find them, info on places to visit, and we knew we could contact her if need be during our stay. Lovely touch to supply the basics for us to make a lovely breakfast with. Can't recommend enough 😊”
