Week-ends BIEN ÊTRE et/ou SPORTIF SAUNA PISCINE CHAUFFÉE ( de avril à début octobre) La localisation est idéale, Dinard Dinan (10min) St Malo (20 min) Bords de rance et voie verte. Le petit studio est sur mon terrain mais indépendant avec sa terrasse couverte privative. Parking clôturé et portail électrique Le petit studio dispose d’une cuisine, d’un canapé convertible et d’une SDB. Il y a un habitant poilu que vous pouvez croiser dans le jardin, il s’appelle Nuts et il adore les humains.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.
