Holiday rentals with a patio in Beausoleil

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carolina, présente, charmante et elle avait laissé dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour commencer un séjour agréable: huile olive, sel, café, thé, sucre...ce qui est très plaisant et un plus par rapport à de ombreux appartements. L'appartement est neuf, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien entendu sa localisation est parfaite à pied de la gare, du centre et des plages. Seul petit bémol mais qui est inhérent à la localisation et la structure de l'appartement: il est un peu bruyant et pas très lumineux côté cour. Le salon est plus pour 4 que pour 6 mais la terrasse compense largement cet inconvénient.

Also the balcony is really really great.

Un excellent séjour ! Par ou commencer pour décrire l'endroit et ne rien oublier !? Tout d''abord, le logement est très confortable, bien décoré et moderne (équipement neufs dans la cuisine, salle de bain lumineuse et aérée, clim dans le chambre, bref, il ne manque rien). Le jardin est très calme et tranquille, ensoleillé avec également des coins à l'ombre des arbres. L'hôte est très amicale. La combinaison parfaite pour des vacances parfaites !

Super Lage nahe der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof Richtung Monaco und Cannes nach schönem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, wird das Nachtleben hören. Parkplatzsituation und Autoverkehr ist in der gesamten Stadt schwierig. Wir sind mit "Bolt" gefahren. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. La villa est magnifique et confortable. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité. Olessia est une hôtesse très accueillante.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

La maison d’Helena est hyper belle et toute neuve. Sur les hauteurs de Nice à 15mn du centre en voiture donc pratique et en même temps en dehors de la ville avec une super vue, piscine canon et jardin d’enfant très appréciable. La maison étant neuve il manquait quelques petits détails pour que tout soit pratique à l’usage mais nous avons fait une liste à la propriétaire qui va y remédier. Si vous êtes en voiture même un format moyen ne rentre pas dans la maison mais jamais aucun problème pour se garer devant. Vraiment de super vacances chez Helena je recommande.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Serge est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Son logement est propre et bien équipé. Serge nous a donné des renseignements sur les visites à faire dans sa région

If you like mountains and views - this is the one! Wow! What a stunning view from the property. Very close to the neighbouring villages and coastline is a 20 minute drive. There is free parking and a local shop and pizza restaurant. The Airbnb had a lovely feel to it and the village is stunning and quiet. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Toppen för en familj på fyra personer. Läget toppen mitt i gamla stan med nära till restauranger, lekplatser och stranden. Peter var lätt att ha att göra med och svarade snabbt. Lägenheten hade hiss vilket var toppen för oss med barnvagn. Huset var relativt nybyggt och inte alls lyhört trots det centrala läget. Balkong med morgonsol. Enda vi har att möjligen anmärka på var att lakanen i rummet med två enkelsängar utgjordes av gardiner i ett glansigt material vilket var lite märkligt. Men inget som skulle få oss från att boka in oss på detta boende igen i framtiden.

Court séjour d'une nuit avec arrivée tardive. Les instructions d'arrivée étaient très claires et nous ont facilité la tâche. Logement propre et aménagé avec goût terrasse agréable, belle vue.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
